Levy has officially joined the ownership group of Elevate Sports Ventures, alongside prominent stakeholders like the San Francisco 49ers, Arctos Sports Partners, Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, and Velocity Capital Management. The move strengthens the collaboration between Elevate’s consulting expertise and Levy’s premium hospitality offerings, positioning both to enhance fan experiences across the industry.

💬
“This new foundation will empower us to take bold steps beyond our current client ecosystem and into the greater, global marketplace.” – Al Guido, Chairman and CEO of Elevate Sports Ventures

Since its founding in 2018, Elevate has grown to serve over 1,000 organizations worldwide, providing innovative, revenue-focused solutions to sports, entertainment, and lifestyle clients. Levy’s addition to the ownership group reflects a broader trend of strategic partnerships that drive value through expertise in both operations and fan engagement.

💬
“This is a perfect partnership because it allows us to remain focused on what we’re really good at, and where our passion lies, while extending our bench through strategic collaboration.” – Andy Lansing, CEO of Levy

It will be interesting to see how this new coupling plays out in the evolving landscape of mergers following Legends' acquisition of ASM Global. Levy’s specific earnings from the sale of its stake in ASM Global to Legends have not been publicly disclosed.

The overall Legends-ASM transaction, completed in August 2024, was valued at approximately $2.3 billion, according to SBJ and others. As part of the deal, previous ASM Global equity holders, including Onex and AEG, sold their full ownership interests. While Onex reported a 101% return on its six-year investment, Levy has not publicly disclosed its financial returns from the sale.
