π OVG launches venue services offerings across UK & Europe with a focus on Premium Hospitality.
Michalis Fragkiadakis to lead Hospitality Innovation across OVG's UK+Europe portfolio
Oak View Group (OVG) is expanding its service offerings across the UK and Europe, bringing a new level of premium hospitality to live entertainment venues, to be led by Michalis Fragkiadakis, Vice President of Hospitality Strategy for OVG International. With over two decades of experience in entertainment and hospitality, Fragkiadakis is set to lead OVGβs charge in hospitality innovation, building on the 2023 acquisition of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, known for its high-quality food and beverage services.
Fragkiadakisβs extensive background includes strategic operational delivery from his previous role at Levy by Compass, where he developed and implemented high-impact hospitality experiences for diverse venues. Now, with OVG, he is leveraging his experience to create seamless and elevated fan experiences that drive engagement and generate significant revenue opportunities for venue operators.
Katie Harel joins as VP of marketing for OVG International, transitioning from her role as global VP of marketing for Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. Harel has over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience (The Lanesborough, The Dorchester, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and The Langham, Hong Kong).
The moves build on the recent launch of Co-op Live in Manchester and exemplify OVGβs commitment to innovation in hospitality. As the largest indoor concert venue in the UK, Co-op Live has already welcomed nearly a million fans, setting new benchmarks for fan engagement.
Fragkiadakis and Harel will be part of the international leadership team led by Jessica Koravos, President of OVG International, and Chris Granger, President of OVG360. Together, they are advancing a suite of services that includes venue development, management, booking, sponsorship sales, marketing, and premium hospitality.
